Ideal hair: How to wash clips in hair extension


If you are new to the lifestyle of wearing clip in hair extensions,you probably have several questions on keeping them at their best.So what you should be doing to wash clip-in hair.

1.Remove your extensions.the strengths of clip-in hair is that they are easy to both apply and remove at home.Removing your extensions will make washing them much easier.

2.Detangle your weaving if it was mess.like your natural hair,it's a good habit to detangle extensions before washing them. run a wide-tooth comb remove any knots gently with a wide-tooth comb.Start at the extension's clip and end at the hair tip

3.Prepare a lavabo. Fill it with a clean bathroom sink or a plastic tub with warm water.Avoid using hot water because it can damage your hair. 4.Soak the hair extension.Hold the extension by the clip and dip it into the lavabo. Avoid getting water on the clip.use a wide-tooth comb through the hair to make sure it is wet.

5.use shampoo to wash your hair extension.choose a gentle and moisturizing shampoo.Lather a dollop of shampoo and work it into the hair from just under the clip to the tips.use the wide-tooth comb again to make sure that it was no tangling if needed.

6.wash your hair extension with warm water.Start by dipping the weaving back into the lavabo. Gently squeeze the extension from clip to tip while submerged.And then, run the extension delicately under warm water from the faucet.

7.Condition your hair extension.Use a light-weight moisturizing conditioner.Massage in a dollop of conditioner,focusing on the center of the hair and working up and down.Treat it as you would natural hair.use warm water to wash again.Remove excess water and gently squeezing the extension with a towel. 8.Allow your hair extension to air dry.Hang up your hair extensions to dry straight.This type of hair extension can be conveniently clipped to many surfaces.Avoid blow drying hair extensions,as this may dry out and damage the already delicate hair.
